Some people act strong in public… but cry in private because strength is often a mask, not the absence of pain.
Sometimes, these people are the ones others rely on the most—the “strong one” in the family or among friends. Ironically, because they are always there for others, they rarely feel they have permission to fall apart in front of anyone.
