‼️"What is it about Chelsea's unique structure that no coach can last longer than 18 months, why did Pochettino and Maresca find it so intolerable? Coaches don't usually quit; they wait to get paid off. Why was it such a sticking point that Maresca could not see out the season? If there is scope for intrespection at Chelsea, it should be on the recruitment side and thinking 'What can we do to make the long term prospects of our coaches more viable?'
