We are stuck in a time loop in Nigeria, the politicians openly steal our money then Nigerians talk about it online for 24hours and we move on, then 1 days later people are slaughtered all over Nigeria then Nigerians troop to society media make comments and 24hours later everybody forgets, what a joke of a country.

Using credit to pay credit can also be called money kiting(spelling may be wrong), and it's illegal if you do it in pwrsonal finance. Signs of a failing country.
