If your business notices a drop in sales, what do you do first? Do you check your data or start blaming village people and witches and wizards? In my field, CRM reveals the real story. customer behavior, engagement patterns, and where conversions are dropping. Guesswork won’t fix results. Don’t assume, verify. If you’re not using your data, you’re missing opportunities. Are you making decisions from insight or excuses?
