So why no change?
Because Nigeria has:

weak institutions

corruption

poor leadership

lack of accountability

poverty

inequality

insecurity

over-reliance on religion instead of practical solutions

Prayer is not the problem.
The problem is expecting prayer to do the work that humans must do.
