Why are there so many pastors and churches in Nigeria, yet killings and poverty continue?
Because religion alone cannot fix structural problems.
Prayer is powerful for personal strength, hope, and community — but it cannot replace good governance, justice, economic planning, or security systems.
Nigeria’s biggest problems — insecurity, corruption, unemployment, weak institutions — require:
effective leadership
functioning law enforcement
economic reforms
accountability
education
