If You Cannot Help, Do Not Cause More pain.

In today’s world, people are fighting silent battles we may never see.

A colleague smiling at work might be dealing with pressure at home.
A friend who seems quiet may be carrying emotional weight.
A stranger who reacts unexpectedly might simply be overwhelmed.

Yet, in moments like these, what do we often give?
Judgment. Harsh words. Indifference.
