If left unaddressed, childhood trauma can leave lasting imprints that shape their adult lives.
Do we truly recognize that children experience trauma just as deeply as adults? When adults face trauma, communities rally around them with support. But what about children? Who rallies around them?
I often think about the trauma faced by children and adults affected by the grave tragedy of insecurity in our country. What support are they getting?
