During a visit to troops in maiduguri, Musa told soldiers they “don’t have to wait for any order from anybody” before engaging terrorists.

The directive was issued in response to renewed attacks by boko haram and ISWAP in borno state.

He emphasized that troops have express authority to neutralize terrorists immediately when encountered. Please do this for Nigerians now no photo ops
