Multiple reputable news sources confirm that Nigeria’s minister of defence, Gen. Christopher Musa (rtd.), did in fact order frontline troops to shoot any terrorist on sight without waiting for further instructions. Sir if you can do this Nigerians will appreciate you we do not see the progress yet
