There comes a point where the noise starts to feel heavy—where being around the wrong energy drains you more than being alone.
Most people are afraid of that silence, so they keep themselves surrounded.. not because it feels right, but because it feels familiar.
But solitude isn't punishment. It's alignment.
Most people avoid it because they're afraid of what they'll find.
But the ones who lean into it… sit with it… grow through it…
They come out unshakable.
