Boko haram is not just about money:

Ideology and extremism: It’s driven by radical beliefs, not only poverty.

State capacity: You need strong, disciplined security forces, intelligence, and regional cooperation.

Local grievances: Marginalization, lack of education, and bad governance in the North-East must be addressed over time.

Their wealth could help—for example, by funding:

Targeted social programs: schools, clinics, microcredit, skills training.
