The transparency demonstrated by Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, is truly outstanding. Every single kobo spent on the students’ scholarship programme is publicly disclosed. Whether in foreign currency or Naira, all expenditures are announced openly. To be honest, Nigeria needs more leaders like him in governance.
His two years in office have spoken volumes through impactful results. Kudos!
