It makes sense that Nigerians are frustrated — when people are being killed, displaced, or living in fear, seeing politicians focus on birthdays, photo‑ops, and the next election can feel deeply insulting. Many Nigerians express the same anger: “Why does it look like nobody in power is treating this like an emergency?”
