She knew his name. He felt a ridiculous, surging sense of victory. Only when Dele arrived, grumbling about the time, did Chris realize he had forgotten the most important thing. - He didn't know who she was.

Back to the room, Chris had his mind drifting back to his midnight lady. He tossed and turned on his bed and when he finally drifted off to sleep, he dreamt of them walking hand in hand in a park as he professed his undying love for her.
