ADC as a Platform: Smart but Fragile
ADC is evolving into a coalition hub, not a traditional party.
Strengths:
Already attracting heavyweights (Obi, Aregbesola, Mark)
Built explicitly to challenge APC dominance
Weaknesses:
Internal tension over candidacy (especially Obi’s influence)
No deep grassroots structure compared to APC/PDP
Note:
ADC is a startup with big investors—but still building infrastructure.
Kwankwaso’s entry strengthens it—but also adds complexity.
