Gender is not only about women. Too often, when we say 'gender issues,' people assume it's solely about women. But that's incomplete.
Gender affects everyone — men face pressure to be 'tough,' women face stereotypes, and non-binary individuals fight to be seen at all.

Real progress happens when we stop making it a battle and start making it a conversation.
Listen more. Assume less. Include all.
