NCC Orders Network Providers to Compensate Nigerians for Poor Network Service NCC has directed telecom operators to compensate subscribers with airtime for poor network service, while also mandating infrastructure companies to reinvest in improving service quality.
According to a statement issued on Sunday by the NCC Head of Public Affairs, Nnenna Ukoha, operators found wanting will provide direct compensation to affected users for breaches of QoS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
