. A curfew is announced - so that
a. Families who have lost someone can grieve
b. There are no retaliations at the moment.
c. The perpetrators can escape
. The government displays the use of spoken English on the media with the famous words, " We condemn these killings and we are doing our best to bring the perpetrators to justice."
