Very often, delays in projects are not caused by execution.

They are caused by planning assumptions that were never challenged.

In one of our projects, procurement timelines were based on ideal vendor performance.

On paper, it worked.

In reality:
>Vendor response times were slower
>Approval cycles took longer
>Logistics introduced unexpected delays

The schedule didn’t fail.
👉 The assumptions did.
