Football administrator Samson Adamu was named #CAF's Acting General Secretary. He's the first Nigerian to ever occupy this role.

Previously, he served as CAF’s Director of Competitions, with long experience organising major tournaments across the continent. Now he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, representing it in dealings with FIFA and national football associations as the top administrative officer.
