Judicial systems are too slow or too compromised
In many African countries:
cases drag for years
judges can be influenced/ build duplex's for them while Nigerians live under the bridge
prosecutors lack independence/ mostly sold out some of them
police lack resources/ decades of same circle not tackling root cause
So even when corruption is exposed, nothing happens. We see that in Nigeria everyday
