Country Likely Outcome
Ghana prosecution likely, jail possible
Botswana prosecution almost certain, jail very likely
Rwanda arrest + prosecution + jail extremely likely
Nigeria forfeiture likely, jail unlikely

So yes — in those countries, Aisha Achimugu would face a much higher chance of going to jail. Nigeria leaders accountability starts from the top not from the bottom respectfully
