Chris caught Dele’s eye. The "luckiest man on campus" had struck again. “You’re a lifesaver, Gabe. A pest, certainly, but a lifesaver.”

As Gabriel led Patricia away, Chris let out a long, weary sigh. “I thought he’d never stop talking.”

“He saved our night, Chris,” Dele laughed, waving the tickets. “Give the man some credit.”
