Why cant Nigeria government put NEPA for sale immediately as they did to NITEL to foreign investors. The result of Nitel sales now is the GSM you and i are now enjoying. You pay as you go. I foressee that there will no efficient electricity in Nigeria except the Government take this bold step to sell NEPA off. Then after, NNPC.
