The Gen oloyede has no business leading the army against terrorists and bandits if his best idea is to forgive and spend the nation's had earned money to rehabilitate these dangerous criminals, he should start with those in prisons 1st , this .an is a joke if he's comparing this people with the biblical prodigal son who didn't commit any crime or even murdered any person except squandering his inheritance, the gen is targeting the expected budget for such unholy arrangements.
