In other words, the court didn’t literally say forgery is harmless — it said the prosecution failed to prove the elements required to make it a criminal offense under that particular law.

But the public heard it as:

“Forgery is not a crime.”

And it understandably caused outrage. The world is watching Nigeria government fix all the schools in the 36 states 774 LGA please and release all the students now they should have free education, housing, healthcare free hostels renovated
