WHEN TO ACCEPT THE APOLOGY OF THE MINISTER OF POWER
The reason behind a sincere apology is forgiveness, if that was the real intention of the honorable minister of power when he apologized for the PHN inefficiency, then I say the time of forgiveness is not now.
There is no need to forgive an offender that do the same thing repeatedly. Nigerians needs a sincere apology of a child
'' I'm sorry ,I promise I will not do it again''
