Nobody tells you this part…

That season you almost gave up.

It doesn’t end because life suddenly gets better.

It ends the moment you change.

I stopped waiting to feel motivated.
I started moving even when I felt lost.

I stopped asking “why is this happening to me?” I started asking “what can I do from here?”

That one shift.

It changed everything.

Because sometimes… nothing around you changes, until you do.
