Henry Emeka: Nigeria’s power crisis cannot be fixed by “more gas” alone. The shortage is a symptom of deeper structural failures: massive unpaid debts, broken pipelines, weak contracts, and over‑dependence on gas‑fired plants. Until those are fixed, outages will continue — no matter what any minister says
