Nigeria has 36 states + FCT 37 regions.

During the collapse:

36 states + FCT were affected

Only Abia State was not affected

So effectively:

36 states still had no light during the grid collapse, while Abia alone had power. Respectfully other states must follow same style we pay electric bills and no light this is unacceptable Nigeria is rich in oil and gas
