There was a time I kept saying I didn’t have enough time.

But if I’m honest, time wasn’t the problem… distractions were.

A quick scroll turned into hours.
“Just one more video” became the whole evening.
Friends called, and I showed up, even when I had things I promised myself I’d do.
Little by little, my focus was being spent on everything… except my own life.

The scary part? None of it felt dangerous.
It felt normal. Harmless. Even relaxing.
