Since the advent of this 4th Republic successive members of the National Assembly have used every 4-year cycle to hoodwink gullible Nigerians that they'd create new states.
Of course it's just another ploy to enrich themselves as they draw generous traveling allowances touring the country to interact with foolishly excited citizens.
It's an open secret that absolutely nothing will come out of the jamborees. But billions of unaccounted for naira simply disappear into their oversized pockets!
