What western countries can do to help Nigeria
Strengthen Institutions, not Individuals
Western governments often build relationships with specific leaders. That creates dependency and inconsistency.

A better approach is supporting:

Judicial independence

Anti‑corruption agencies

Civil service reforms

Election transparency tools

Press freedom

When institutions are strong, Nigeria becomes self‑correcting.
