So, can Lagos achieve it?
Yes — but only if:
Oando secures sustained investment

Charging infrastructure is built fast enough

Lagos maintains political will

The buses are rolled out in phases

Maintenance culture improves

If those pieces fall into place, 5,000 buses is absolutely achievable over few months if the will power is real and not empty promises this will be huge progress in the state and the governor will be praised globally cuz Nigerians will see the progress
