Can Lagos State realistically deploy 5,000 electric buses?
Lagos has done large-scale transport rollouts before
Examples:

BRT system (the first of its kind in West Africa)

Blue Line rail (took long, but it eventually launched)

Ongoing Red Line rail

Thousands of BRT buses deployed over the years

So the concept of a large transport rollout is not new to Lagos. The government should do this now not wait till 2027 but boko haram must be stopped this will create jobs and stop crime and safety
