Coco Gauff reached her first #MiamiOpen quarterfinal after beating Sorana Cirstea.

She has now reached the quarterfinals or better at all 10 #WTA 1000 events currently on the calendar. Miami had been the only one missing in her collection.

“It feels great to finally be in the quarterfinals of this tournament,” the 22 years old and #USA's No. 1 said in her on-court interview. “It’s obviously a tournament that means a lot to me, so I’m happy to finally reach this stage.”
