Use State Laws to Enable Local Power Distribution
The 2023 constitutional amendment allows states to generate, transmit, and distribute electricity.
Most states haven’t used this power yet.

Abia did.

Others can follow.

Why this helps Nigeria as a whole
When one state proves something is possible, it removes excuses for everyone else.

If Abia can:

Keep the lights on

Keep the internet running

Attract investment

Improve productivity

…then other states can no longer blame the federal gov.
