I’d rather face an enemy who openly hates me than a friend who smiles in my face and tears me down behind my back. At least an enemy is honest you know where you stand. But a fake friend? That’s quiet betrayal slow poison hidden damage.
If you sit close to me but carry negativity in your heart, hear this clearly I see the energy, I feel the distance, and I’m no longer blind to it.
Keep your pretense. I choose peace over fake loyalty.
