Kano Govt Dismisses Claims of Rift Between Governor Yusuf and Emir Sanusi.

The Kano State Government has denied claims that Governor Abba Yusuf snubbed Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II during Sallah festivities.

Officials said the governor’s absence from Hawan Nasarawa was due to official engagements outside the state. They confirmed he communicated with the Emir and delegated representatives, insisting reports of a rift are false and aimed at creating unnecessary tension.
