Chance took me to some communities less than one hour from the centre of excellence and very close to the industrial hub of the Gateway. Some fifty or more communities so close to modernisation but still very far off in development. They go many kilometers to fetch water from a solar-powered farm sponsored by an individual, schools are well painted and padlocked both day and night 24/7 despite the fact that the goverment pays some people their monthly emolument but they're no where to be found.
