I came across a video on social media showing a mini flat in Lagos renting for ₦900,000 a year, and by the time agency and legal fees were added, the total climbed to about ₦1.1 million. The shocking part is the condition of the place. It’s old, run-down, and honestly not even fit for proper living. Situations like this make it hard not to question the state of leadership in the country.
