The Ozoro r@pe festival should be properly investigated and every party involved should be brought to book. The police division in that town should be questioned for not doing their job because the news had been on air before the incident occurred. The king and traditional leaders of that town should all be arrested finally all the young boys who were involved must be brought to book.
