What happened in Ozoro, Delta State, during the community's so-called festival is disheartening. Women were harassed during the festival. It goes a long way to show how our values and humanity are going down the drain. Well, the Delta state government must deal with this issue squarely.

In some communities, criminal elements have taken over political, social, and cultural affairs. Yet these communities have representatives in the state and federal governments.
