Me: People in leadership positions are becoming less tolerant of criticisms, civil societies, and people with critical opinions of their work. And this is at all levels both in the public and private sectors. The consequence is partly the 'hero worship' you see in the public space and the organised private sector. Funny, you know.
We need people with enlarged hearts in leadership positions. Not tyrants.
