Thiago Silva reached the landmark of 1000 professional career appearances, at 41 years old.

The milestone was achieved during his team's #Porto victory over #Stuttgart.

The Brazilian legend said: “1000 games is something I never imagined when I started as a kid in Rio. Every match, every club, every trophy, it is all part of this journey.”

He also expressed gratitude to his family, teammates, and fans worldwide for their support throughout his career.
