The #Ozoro Festival which has allowed young men to be raping girls in Delta is barbaric and highly condemned. It is an outdated festival that should be banned forthwith. And the security agencies must move swiftly to arrest the perpetrators of this heinous act and be charged to court. In this century this kind of festival or practice shouldn't be observed at all.
