"He's still not had a lot of time; it's always tough coming in with no preseason where you can get your ideas across without having games. He comes straight in, and it's difficult when you have a game every 3 days to get everything across. But the messages he's delivered to the boys and how training and how he's meeting have been have really helped us. Hopefully we can keep building on that, getting more information, and understanding him a lot more."
