SUCCESSION IS WISE LEADERSHIP

“Take Joshua… a man in whom is the Spirit.” (Num 27:18)

Leadership that multiplies through succession builds confidence and long-term impact. Because the truest test of leadership is not only what happens while you lead, it is what continues after you.

Do not hold tightly to position. Rather, invest intentionally in continuity, and build structures and people who can carry the mission forward.
