Lagos State High Court sitting at Tapa has adjourned to June 1, 2026, the ruling on a Motion on Notice filed by music artist Oladapo Oyebanjo, popularly known as D’Banj, seeking to set aside a summary judgement entered against him for $1m in a dispute over an alleged failed equity investment in The CREAM Platform Ltd.
